Kent Marine Purple Tech stimulates the growth of purple coralline and green calcareous macro-algae. This product will raise the concentration of calcium, magnesium, strontium, trace minerals and carbonates required by coralline algae and stony corals.
Caution: Not for human consumption. Do not taste, swallow or breathe. Avoid contact with skin as it may cause irritation. If in eyes, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes. If ingested, drink water and call a physician immediately! Do not mix with household chemicals. Keep out of the reach of children.Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds immediately before each use! Add 5-10 mL (1-2 tsp) per 55 gallons of aquarium capacity directly in an area of high water flow every day until target calcium level and alkalinity are reached. Due to its highly concentrated formula, dosing will cause cloudiness that will dissipate within one hour. It is recommended to add to your system at night, in order to counter the natural tendency for pH to decrease during this time. This also allows time for the aquarium to clear. When added at a rate of 1 mL per gallon of purified water will increase the concentration of calcium by 26 ppm.
